I recently acquired a sunfish sailboat that i began restoring, but it’s in pretty rough condition and it is missing some vital components. a friend gave me the hull, and then through talking, i located a mast and sails, the only parts i don’t have are the rudder and daggerboard.. The moonfish is slightly longer than the sunfish and the sail area a little smaller but one could rig this boat not only with a complete sunfish rig but also use a sunfish rudder and daggerboard. attention: there is no backwards compatibility, our rudder and daggerboard are different and will not fit a sunfish..
